Balingasag, Misamis Oriental – St. Rita’s College of Balingasag (SRCB) recently held its annual psycho-spiritual retreat from October 27 to 30, 2024, at the serene Betania Retreat House in Baguio City. The retreat, led by esteemed retreat facilitator, Fr. Alfred “Aljun” Maglangit, Jr., provided a transformative experience for the dedicated faculty and staff.
The retreat offered a unique blend of spiritual and psychological renewal. Through insightful talks, guided meditations, and group sharing sessions, participants delved deep into their inner selves, exploring their strengths, weaknesses, and aspirations. Fr. Aljun’s expertise in psychology and spirituality provided a holistic approach to personal growth and development.
By taking a break from their daily routines, the SRCB personnel were able to recharge and return to their work with renewed energy and enthusiasm. The retreat served as a catalyst for personal and professional growth, empowering them to better serve the needs of the students and the community.
